Meet Bobby
Hi! I'm Bobby, the founder of Blue Cherry English. My passion for teaching English began in 2009 when my wife, Ula, and I moved to China to teach at a local university. Since then, I’ve had the privilege of teaching a wide range of classes and age groups—from beginners to advanced students, kids to adults. I’ve also helped many students prepare for professional exams, such as PET, IELTS, and university entrance tests.
Currently, I work as a university professor in Kentucky, U.S.A., which keeps me well-versed in the latest educational curricula, trends, and strategies. With 15 years of teaching experience and a Master's Degree in TESOL and International Studies, I’m passionate about helping students achieve their language goals. I offer both online and in-person classes, and I’d be thrilled to welcome you to one of my groups!
Meet Ula
Hello! I'm Ula. I was born in Poland and have extensive international experience. My love for English has been a lifelong passion, and I began my career teaching ESL classes in an Arabic community in Chicago, U.S.A., in 2008. My husband, Bobby, and I spent seven amazing years living and teaching at a university in China. During that time, I was not only a university teacher but also a teaching specialist, overseeing and training other teachers—a truly rewarding experience!
After teaching English for a year at a university in Kentucky, U.S.A., I decided to embark on a new career path and became a nurse. I currently work at a local hospital while continuing to teach English online. I’d love for you to join me in one of my classes!
